Exhibitor Registration

All Texoma Area wedding professionals are invited to apply to be a vendor at the 2019 Texoma Wedding Expo. Due to space limitations, we are taking applications and will send an invoice for payment when your business has been accepted. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice to secure your spot. The Texoma Wedding Expo has the right to limit each business category as it sees fit.

Booth fees are as follows:

  • $100 – standard size booth for Texoma Bride Guide Members
  • $200 – standard size booth for non-Texoma Bride Guide members
  • Larger sizes and special locations are available for an additional fee, please indicate this on the form below

 

Event Notes:

  • Tables and chairs will be provided for each booth
  • Vendors will provide their own table cloth
  • Electrical hook ups can be requested, but are not guaranteed
  • Pipe and drape will only be used for the booths in the middle of the room, so plan your booth accordingly
    • Exhibitors are not allowed to affix anything to the walls of the ballroom
  • All show participants are required to help promote the event via their social media channels
